    We can meet in person, via video conference, or by phone to get to know you and understand your vision for home ownership. We will talk through your financial situation, credit score, and discuss home affordability. We will familiarize you with the best loan options for first-time buyers.

    Get pre-approved for the loan that’s right for you

    We will gather information from you along with financial documents and take it from there. We will give you a pre-approval letter that lets sellers know you are a serious, qualified buyer.

    Find a house you love and buy it!

    Once you find the house you love, you can start packing and we will take care of your loan. Not only are we available every step of the way, but we also stay on top of things so that nothing unexpected gets in the way of a smooth closing. Buying your first home is a big step, and we want to make sure it’s a happy memory for years to come.
