Hours:
Full time – partial remote availability
Weekend telephone rotation schedule expected

Location:
St. Charles, Illinois area

Within 30 days, be able to use excellent organization, communication, and time management skills to effectively complete the following tasks supporting a growing team of loan originators and the Team Partner Coordinator.

  • Be the welcoming, friendly, professional voice of the team by answering all incoming calls for the team and efficiently connect them with the proper loan originator.**
  • Become confident in your understanding of the loan process and mortgage lending forms such as the URLA (Uniform Residential Loan Application), purchase agreements, appraisals, Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures, etc.
  • Become able to identify and distinguish between financial documents (examples: W-2 forms, paystubs, bank statements, account activity printouts, 1099 forms, 1040 tax returns, etc.)
  • Become confident in your ability to use Microsoft Office, a Salesforce based CRM application, as well as both requesting and retrieving files utilizing a secure online portal.
  • Make appointments between customers and loan originators using Outlook calendar. Include links for virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams or Zoom when needed. Be able to anticipate urgency and schedule accordingly.**
  • Efficiently convert Word or JPG documents into PDF format and combine multiple documents if necessary, utilizing PDF writer software.
  • Follow up with new customers via email, text, and/or phone to request documents prior to initial appointments with loan originators.
  • Send post appointment emails including, but not limited to, requesting additional documents needed, recapping the appointment, and ensuring customer feels they have the space to ask questions, making follow up appointments, etc.**
  • Send referring agents follow up emails as needed on status of active customers. **
  • Follow up with customers 2 weeks post appointment via email, text and/or phone (roughly 45 of these follow-ups per month).
  • Communicate with customers who are pre-approved and those needing pre-approvals with updates or documents needed via email, text and/or phone.**
  • Send out appointment reminders a week prior to appointments and adjust calendar updates and invitations as needed.**
  • Send post-closing email and handwritten correspondence to customers and referring partners (roughly 30 of these per month).
  • Assist with social media and marketing email blasts.
  • Other duties as needed.

**Doing approximately 12-18 of these per week to start.
